Welcome to the Climate Diet tables section of the web site. We have created an easy to use web based application that allows you to customize your own Climate Diet. If you click on the green button below, you will be taken to a login page. You will be prompted to enter an email address and password. This information is used for identification purposes only and will not be passed on to any other individual or organization. The purpose of the login is to allow the application to identify you when you enter the site and save your customized values for future use. Enter your personal identifying information in the appropriate boxes. The country you select in the personal identification section will determine the cost and CO2 values used to calculate your custom Climate Diet results (energy costs and CO2 generated per kWh produced vary by country). Selecting the United States will generate the same calculations that are provided in the printed book. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide data for all countries so we apologize if your country is not listed. If you want to do calculations for more than one country, you will need to create a separate login account with a unique email address. The Climate Diet web application is still in beta testing so there may be some kinks in the programming that need to be worked out. The application is being released in phases, beginning with household electricity use. Separate tables for food, waste and transportation will be added in the near future.
